Store Info


Our processing times range from 2-7 business days depending on volumes at any given time. Once your order leaves our store, it should arrive anywhere between 2-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped. Please note that your order may experience delays for reasons beyond our control. All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS. Each order will ship to the address provided at time of checkout only. An order confirmation will be sent via email, please be sure to check your spam folder. 


We ship only in the United States. All prices in our store are subject to change without notice, applicable taxes, and prices and shipping rates are subject to change.

Response Times

Although we don't have business hours, we do our best to address all questions and concerns in a timely manner. We ask that you allow 48 hours for a response Monday-Friday. Please allow more time on weekends and holidays. 


Because all treats are homemade and made fresh when ordered treats may contain minor flaws or appear slightly different from a previous order, although we do our best to maintain consistency.  Actual colors may vary slightly from photos. We use only fresh and natural ingredients, and use no additives or preservatives. To maintain freshness of treats please reseal packaging or store in an airtight container. Treats can be refrigerated and or frozen. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions prior to purchasing treats. All sales are final.
